USISA Teams Up with Hound Labs to Drive Innovation in Workplace Safety and Health
The United States Industrial Safety Association (USISA) is excited to announce a new partnership with Hound Labs, Inc., who developed the HOUND® CANNABIS BREATHALYZER.
USISA is a leading association dedicated to enhancing workplace safety standards and fostering a culture of safety across industries in the United States. Their mission is to provide resources, education, and support to high hazard businesses in the US to effectively address safety challenges and ensure the well-being of workers. With a growing network of safety professionals and industry leaders, USISA plays a pivotal role in shaping safety practices nationwide.
Hound Labs, Inc. is committed to developing ultra-sensitive, automated, and analytical breath technologies that will pave the way to practical and fair solutions for leading public health and safety issues. The Company’s first solution, the HOUND® CANNABIS BREATHALYZER, specifically targets THC molecules, limiting cannabis detection to the workday so employers can balance workplace safety with employee fairness and privacy. The ultra-sensitive Hound® solution returns an objective result to help employers enforce policies that prohibit use immediately before or during the workday but do not penalize employees for cannabis use outside work. Aligning test results to use that surrounds the workday empowers employers to deter use, attract and retain employees, improve safety, and maintain fairness in their workforce. The HOUND® CANNABIS BREATHALYZER has been developed to help employers navigate the ever-changing drug testing regulatory landscape.
“Hound Labs is an innovator in the drug testing space and is at the forefront of deterring drug use and assisting employers with attracting and retaining employees in a fair way,” explained USISA Managing Partner Abby Ferri.
